Consistently average.... Boneless Garlic Parmesan and Guinness are always my go to. The food and service are always consistent, don't expect mind blowing but it's still pretty good.
Called 2 hours ahead about my game and was told they would definitely have it. Get there place is a wreck, told over 30 minute wait. Walk to the back no less than 5 open tables. Evidently I was told they didn't look at the start time for the Vols game. I mean why would a sports bar do that on the opening weekend right? So I order a beer and ask about my game and I'm told they won't be carrying it and they would have to order it. WTF

Let's not kid ourselves. Crappy food, good beer, and free PPV sporting events is why we come here. I do with they would quit trying to get all gourmet on me. Just make wings. And try to make the best wings possible. Maybe take some of the preservatives out of some of those nasty ass sauces. This location is one of my favorites though. The outdoor seating with TVs is a nice touch. Location is not too bad and convenient to meet up with friends. Staff is usually pretty good, but as with any BWW it's high turnover and you can have a bad night/server. Last time I was here they were flush with male servers. Definitely a turn off when I want wings and beer. I prefer to be served by someone with less beard than me.

I LOVE BWW!! I tried this location hoping for a better experience and closer to where I recently moved. Wings/food are consistently good at BWW. Service was average at best. Bathrooms sux!! Ring in all 3 toilets ugh!!! The preds were playing. Not that crowded. Should have had more servers.

Visit 4/6/2014 12:59 P.M. Server Nicholas Store 0243 All I have to say is spending 50 dollars in food and drinks deserves much better service. Nicholas was plainly new but definitely not trained fully or at all. He forgot our drinks, our refills, most of our order was filled incorrectly or he had to go back for, and we had to ask for our check as well. This was a poor experience from the beginning to the end and he kept blaming other co-staff members for his lack-of memory. I tried to contact the store via their main web-site but for some reason their site is not accepting reviews for submitting at this time......

Its so inconsistent at this place. Sometimes its really good other times it is awful. The last time I ate here the chicken tasted tainted like it had gone bad. Eat here at your own risk

Not bad, just is what it is. Bar food such as chicken and burgers and a lot of tvs. Hard to go wrong and screw that up. The staff here have always been friendly and welcoming, and that keeps us coming back.

The wings are ok, but not the best. The service is good. The prices seem expensive for the quality of the wings. It's good for kids and large groups. Nothing special, but if you want some wings, some noise, etc. It's ok.

Another solid restaurant that is good at what it does. The wings are good, service is friendly, atmosphere is good if you want to catch a game or UFC fight. They have a special on Tuesdays so it's a pretty good deal. Lots of sauces you can choose from (I really like their hot chipotle dry rub). A very "safe" restaurant that won't blow your mind but is very consistent (since it IS a chain, after all) and won't disappoint.

My favorite place for wings in the Nashville area and have recently become a fan of the hot pretzel appetizers and boneless wings. Love the mango habenero sauce the best. I prefer this location over the one in Hermitage because it has fantastic service and consistently great food.

I've been to many BW's... Most are consistantly average. I'm sorry but, if you have the word "Wings" in your name... You should have above average wings not little chicken niblets in a card board box, just sayin. Outside of weak wings, there are some tasty items on this menu. One of my fav's are the Buffulito's (sp?). Many of the sauces are great as well. You can absolutely enoy yourself here but don't plan on staying long unless you want to over pay for crappy draft beer. Yes, they have several beers but I don't like being suckered by the tall over $4 draft beer that is nothing more than a scam. BW's went from being a cool place to hang to a place to go for dinner then leave. Thanks ps: .60 cents for an extra ranch. come on man!

So after much prodding from my friend Gabby, I met her out at Buffalo Wild Wings to try it along with my girlfriend. Wow, the food here is really good, not great but definitely good. I am already having more cravings and I want to go back. The wings are delicious and the queso dip pairs with it perfectly. Finding a place that does chicken well is really difficult, but this place makes some really good chicken. Not to mention we had a really nice waitress who answered all our questions and provided excellent service.

I've heard a lot about BW's. I'm sorry to say the hype is not true. While the selection of sauces was excellent. I can't say the same about the service or taste of them. Save yourself some time and money. Go to Costco and get a bag of their wings. They are better and have more meat on them.

Great food and love that they don't have the same game on every tv in the place. you could watch Ultimate fighting, football, baseball and hockey all at the same time. no having to swivel around in chairs either. the layout makes it easy to enjoy all of it in a comfortable atmosphere. The wings and sauces are delicious and the new pizza was amazing.

First Impression: To be fair, I've been to many BWW's in a few different states so my expectation was fairly low. My first impression walking in the door was the layout, it is flows much nicer that other BWW stores and the lighting was brighter and welcoming. Service: It took about 10minutes for a server to reach our bar hightop table which is a bit slow for not being very busy. The server eventually made her way over and she was all in all quite good. We were there for UFC pay-per-view fights but oddly enough the audio and 75% of the screens were tuned to something else. We mentioned something to the server and she was able to switch a TV near our table tot he fights but it is odd that they would par the commercial rate for the PPV and not broadcast the audio till the main events. Food: Food is marginal bar food so set your expectation now. The wings are tiny and seemed rushed out the kitchen. Queso and chips was again okay, nothing spectacular. This more less outlines every food experience I've had at each BWW visited. Conclusion Summary; Overall I suggest BWW invest in improving the menu with not just new choices but better quality food/ingredients. This BWW was above average in ambiance but as expected the eatz was just plain bar-food.

I went to BWW this weekend with friends. The waitress was very attentive to our many needs. She allowed us to taste 2 beers before we made our final choice. The restrooms were neat and clean, which was appreciated. Left my food on the table and when I went back to get it, they were holding it for me. Will return to this location.

Well I am a big Fan of Buffalo Wild Wings...so Yes I go to this chain restaurant a lot when I am in the Mood for wings...I prefer their wings to Hooters any day.. Today, we were there during their new Happy Hour Menu...Monday thru Friday 2pm to 7pm...$3 on tall domestic drafts and about 6 different appetizers for only $3...so Tony ordered 2 budweisers during the course of our meal...we ordered the Chili Con Queso Dip with Chips for only $3 and the Garlic Deep Fried Mushrooms with southwestern ranch dipping sauce...another $3 app...they were both very good..Then Tony and I shared a order of 10 Wings "WILD" flavor which is the one next to the hottest ..."BLAZE"...we love their wings.. Noel got her 10 wings...5 of the "Hot BBQ" and 5 of the "Chipotle Hot Rub"...she also shared some of the appetizers of course because they were for the table...I also always order carrots and celery sticks with bleu cheese and ranch dipping sauces..We love this joint.. Noel and I don't drink, so she went with Lemonade and myself Pepsi... Our waitress was the sweetest thing..she was so attentive..she brought us refills and tons of Napkins..We decided this is the best time of the day to go to this place...Monday thru Friday 2-7pm for their Happy Hour Specials... Who else enjoys BWW???

Another of the newer Buffalo Wild Wings locations in the Nashville area delivers the usual delicious wings. This location seems to be very crowded as well. The service was decent overall, but a tad slow. Considering how busy it was, it didn't come as too much of a surprise. It appears that BWW is now charging for Ranch and Celery. Having to pay $1.20 for one extra Ranch and a few Celery Stalks with 12 wings seemed a little much to me. I don't know if this is a new policy or just a policy of this particular location. From a PRICE perspective, the nearby Wow Cafe and Wingery is probably a better deal, but my mouth prefers the BWW wings.

Ate there at 2:20 in the afternoon. Waited 15 minutes before a waitress noticed we were there. I almost walked out.... I should have. Ordered a killians but they no longer serve this beer. Waitress didn't know what was on tap. Manager had to come. Id'd my son twice. Ordered traditional wings, 10 garlic Parmesan, 10 teriyaki for my grandson, and 10 Caribbean jerk. They were just ok. They brought out the wings, but no extra napkins or place to put the bones. I had to ask for a refill of my iced tea. When the bill came, they had charged me for the Killians they no longer carried. Had to get it taken off the bill. There seemed to be adequate staff. Just inattentive. They brought out a tray for the bones after 2/3 of the wings were eaten. Sent my 8 yo grandson to the bathroom to clean up. Probably left a mess as we didn't have enough napkins and the wipers at the table were expended. I won't be back. I gave 2 stars because we did eat the wings although they deserve 1 star for service.

I'll admit, I am a fan of BWs. There is something to be said about consistency. I am somewhat lucky that I have two nearby (the other is the Hermitage location). I find myself going to the Mt. Juliet location with my family. My five year olds love it. I think it's all the TVs around ... lol. However, I have noticed that there seems to be a great deal of turnover at this location. Our server was in training and this was our 4th time here in about 6 weeks at the location -- all for dinner service. This is frustrating when you ask questions about menu choices and/or specials. With that said, the management seems to go out of their way to chat for a few minutes with each table. The food is consistent from location to location, but I fund that the sauces for the wings vary in consistency, flavor and amount. I have tried several other things on the menu other than the wings, and all are underwhelming. In summary: great place for a family to eat; the food is so-so; and the waitstaff (at least at this location) needs to be regular. But it is a good place to meet up with some buddies to watch a game, have a beer and get some wings.

If I could give a negative review I would. We came in from Michigan, decided to give this place a try since our hometown location is great. This was the worst dining experience I have ever had. The dining room was dirty to begin with. Once seated we were told "I think Mariah is your waitress". 20 minutes went by and no one came over so I FINALLY flagged down a server. She apologized and said she would get our waitress. It took 5 min for our waitress "Bambi" to appear. She took our order, never apologized. When our food arrived (well over 30 min) it was cold and my colleague's Asian salad was a disgrace. It contained iceberg lettuce, 4 mandarin oranges, and a sliced cold chicken breast. We notified Bambi, and she admitted it was wrong then came back with two soufflé cups, one with coleslaw and another with wonton noodles. 20 min went by and we were so disappointed we barely ate. She never came back to check on us. I finally yelled her name while she was watching tv and asked for the bill. We paid the bill and I asked the front greeter for the managers business card. I was told there was mo management. Just a kid named Mike??? We will never return and we will be sure to provide this review to our business colleagues and personal contacts in the area. We travel frequently to this area for business, next time we will go to Ruby Tuesday!
